Our History

We are dedicated to providing a customized home based care service to patients affected by chronic illnesses. We aim to empower them and their families to get access to the best long term, good quality care and rehabilitation.

We have a holistic approach to healthcare. We attend to the physical needs by sending out nurses, caregivers and rehabilitation specialists. We attend to overall wellbeing by giving out food parcels and toiletries to patients on our program needing this assistance. We also attend to mental health needs by offering face2face support groups and online support groups. upport and hosting support groups.

Coming Home Organisation engages and collaborates with organisations, concerned citizens and professionals to build resilient and responsive communities where access and opportunities to health and healthcare education is advanced.

To provide a customized medical support program to ensure rapid recovery in the comfort of the patient’s own home; hence decreasing the chances of re-admission to hospital whilst increasing the patient’s reintegration back into the family and society in general.
